Things Every New York Landlord and Property Manager Should Know About Residential Evictions

John A. Weber IV was a co-founder of the Law Firm of Vaughn & Weber, PLLC in 2010, which eventually became the Law Firm of Vaughn, Weber & Prakope, PLLC in 2015.

John is a litigation attorney with trial experience, focusing on real property litigation, personal injury litigation and commercial litigation cases. Having grown up in Queens, Kings and Nassau Counties, John has a strong understanding of the hard-nosed work ethic necessary to succeed in New York. John is a graduate of MacArthur High School in Levittown, earned a Certificate of Excellence in Electronic Principles from the Community College of the Air Force and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University before graduating with his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center. During his time in law school, John interned for a Chapter 7 Trustee and a prominent Family Law firm. John also worked in the Family Law Clinic at Touro Law Center while in his final year of law school. Having been associated with the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association, as well as several legal committees, John has developed professional relationships that have helped mold the attorney he is today.

As a strong believer in helping the less fortunate, John has donated his time in volunteering free legal services at the Nassau County Bar Association and Nassau Suffolk Legal Services for those members of the local community who cannot afford to pay for legal representation. With excellent communication skills, John is the perfect attorney to consult with for your legal issues.
