This deadly accident happened on Saturday morning. A driver drove a car into a worker at a car wash. This accident resulted in the death of the victim, said the police.

According to police, the motor vehicle accident at Empire Car Wash on Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont appears to have been purely accidental.

It looks as if the driver suddenly sped the car up while entering the back entrance. Unfortunately, he wound up hitting an employee and slamming him against a wall.

Deceased identity:

The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The deceased has been identified as 53-year-old Eduardo Sosa.
