A Mercedes sedan crashed into a limousine in Suffolk County early this Sunday. It was a violent collision in which anything could happen. In this case, at least six people were injured.

A Mercedes sedan, trying to cross over a double yellow line, struck a limousine at 1:30 am on Sunday. This crash happened at Wilmington Drive near Chiswell Drive in Melville. All five limousine passengers and the driver were injured in this crash. They were returning after attending a wedding, authorities said.

All five limousine passengers and the driver were rushed to a nearby local medical facility. One victim is in critical condition.

The Mercedes driver ran on foot from the scene and was seen being picked up by a dark colored Sedan.

The search operation to find the Mercedes driver is ongoing.
